Choose from 6 ensuite history-themed hotel rooms, each room is unique, with Victorian decor, antique furnishings, and modern amenities. Behind the main hotel are six stand-alone replica Miners Cottages built in 2017 offering spacious self-contained comfort for up to 4 guests. Two Victorian themed suites in the graciously restored old Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) building are located directly opposite the hotel. Or choose from a selection of self-contained and backpacker style cottage options in close proximity to the Hotel.
West Coast hospitality awaits in the welcoming restaurant and bar popular with locals and visitors alike. Relax by the log fire or enjoy a refreshing drink on the veranda, New Zealand wine and beers as well as local produce feature on the menu. Packed lunch options are available for cyclists.
Bike hire, shuttles and luggage transfers can be arranged via one of the hotel’s partner cycle companies.
